Returns

  2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  3. Items must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  4. Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number).

Non-Returnable Items:

    1. Customized or personalized items.
    2. Gift cards.
    3. Items marked as “final sale.”

 

Refunds

Processing:

  1. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
  2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Timeframe:

    1. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Exchanges

1.Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for an exchange.

2. Process:

To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service team with your order number and details of the product.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
